Develop a National integrated Statutory Case Management Information System (iSCMIS)
Klinex was contracted by UNICEF to support the Ministry of Community Development and Social Services (MCDSS) to develop an integrated electronic statutory case management information system (iSCMIS) that tracks, captures, and enables reporting on all statutory cases related to VAC/GBV; child marriage; circumstance children; migrant children, children in conflict with the law and child victims/witnesses in contact with the law for the MCDSS. Activities included:
Functional & non-functional requirements document, developing new electronic data capture tools in new iSCMIS system, Software source code and unit tests uploaded to government repository, Demonstrable usability enhancements and usability, Case referral protocols and workflows report, Middleware software code and unit tests, Dashboard and reports in new iSCMIS, Dashboard & reporting Software code and unit tests uploaded to government-controlled repository, User acceptance testing report and system documentation, iSCMIS system hosted in production environment, System hosting report and training.
